Beauty Tip No.1 - Daily Routine For Body&Skin

Getting a good exercise, a nice bubble bath, and a good night sleep can really improve your body and skin.

In the morning try to have something like granola bars, cereal, or pancake. Try drinking plenty of water in the morning and also milk.

In the afternoon have a healthy lunch, something like pasta, chicken breast salad, or mini carrots. Anything with a low calorie, but also really healthy.

After lunch try going out, for a short jog or even a fast walk around the park..DO NOT JOG/WALK right after you eat, because that can cause a stomach ache or cramps.

For Dinner also try something healthy, like vegetable soup, spaghetti, or home made pizza with loads of vegetables in it.

Try a warm bath, you can either do bubble bath, or any other kind of bath essentials.

Make sure you take good night sleep. it is extra important for your skin.
