A loose halter top that is either gold or silver would go really nicely with white pants or white skirt and large earrings would make it much more attractive.

Fashion Tip No.1 - Gold&Silver
Gold and Silver is never out of style. Mixing gold or silver outfits with colours like white or black also makes a nice combination. A gold dress goes nicely with bright-tone of make up. Silver can go really nice with either a white skirt or whitish shoes and accessories with different kinds of metallic colours in it.
